Now Samson is trying to get married.

Well his father needs to control Samson's life not just coast with what Samson wants. He is letting his son be the leader of the family. He needs to step up.
Then he went down and talked with the woman, and he liked her. Well he had not even spoken to the woman he chose her because of beauty! He has poor character.
