Judges

This was after Samson's riddle was blown by his wife.
Samson struck down thirty Philistine men, stripped them of their belongings and gave their clothes to those who had explained the riddle. Burning with anger, he went up to his father's house. And Samson's wife was given to the friend who had attended him at his wedding.
Nice that was a way to end the wedding. And his wife was given to someone else.

Later on, at the time of wheat harvest, Samson took a young goat and went to visit his wife. He said, "I'm going to my wife's room." But her father would not let him go in.
"I was so sure you thoroughly hated her," he said, "that I gave her to your friend. Isn't her younger sister more attractive? Take her instead." This dad is just throwing out daughters. I think that the only reason he said that "the younger sister is more attractive take her" Is fear of man. He must know what happened at the wedding and he must know of Samson's anger issues but thinks that Samson could kill him if he does not do something.

Samson said to him, "This time I will be without blame when I hurt the Philistines." 4So Samson went and caught 300 foxes. He tied them together tail to tail. And he put a fire stick between the tails of every two foxes. Then he set fire to the sticks and let the foxes go into the standing grain of the Philistines. So the standing grain and cut grain and vines and olive trees were burned up. This guys thinking is weird, anytime you do something to someone that is hurtful out of revenge it is wrong. At least he considered if it was wrong. This is poor Judgement.
