Knowing Him

Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. John 17:3

Do we really know God? I do. It's not bragging if it's true. I know God and I can say that confidently. Do you know God?
I think to know God you have to experience him personally! You cant know God out of a textbook by some guy that just thinks he knows what he's talking about. Even if that guy that wrote the book is right you need to experience God yourself. It's like reading a book about...
Landon Donovan! It might state his likes and dislikes and his favorite color and so on but that doesn't mean that you know him personally. It is the same with God.
