Proverbs 13

From the fruit of his lips a man enjoys good things, but the unfaithful have a craving for violence.

I think the fruit of his lips means the way he speaks to people and the things he talks about.
It also said BUT the unfaithful have a craving for violence. So the good don't crave violence and the unfaithful do. So the fruit of his lips must mean that he does not crave violence and does not talk of things that are evil or inappropriate. This verse was put into a informative style but like most proverbs this is a command. This also can be read as a promise. You will enjoy good things if the words of your mouth are good. I am not sure if I am clear so comment if you don't get what I'm saying.
Things might not be toys and games but it could be having many Friends, or fill in the blank. It isn't always stuff.
