Romans 12:2 (New International Version)
Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—His good, pleasing and perfect will.

Yesterday I saw this verse written down on a piece of paper somewhere and I had a thought about it.
That verse says that his will is pleasing. who is it pleasing to?
This verse is talking about Jesus's will, Paul is talking about Gods will and what he thinks of Gods will. Think of Paul. Do you see him as "a good guy?"
Do you ever want to be like him? Often I want to be like Paul, and have as strong of a relationship with God as he does. If Paul had a super strong relationship with God and he is saying that Gods will is pleasing then I think he is right. I can tell you that right now he is in heaven. If he is in heaven he must have been doing it right, and living life the way God wanted him to. So I am going to try and see things like he did. I must say that often I don't like having to be nice and submit to others just like Jesus did, but Paul was very happy and pleased in doing it.
