Whenever God is ready to do something, He always reveals to a person or His people what He is going to do.

Before the Lord God does anything,

He tells his plans to his servants the prophets.
Amos 3:7

It is true isn't it. How many times have I posted on people that were spoken to by God.
He still does, sometimes in different ways.
