Mark 14:41 (New King James Version) Then He came the third time and said to them, “Are you still sleeping and resting? It is enough! The hour has come; behold, the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners. I pasted this to my blog because Lane wanted me to prove that copy and paste was possible on Blogger. This verse was going to be what I was going to post about anyway. The disciples failed to stay up and pray with their LORD. It was a moment when the Son Of Man was to be delivered to the pharisees to be crucified. It could have been the most special moment that God would ever spend with his disciples and they were content to miss it. Their sleep tempted them and they fell to the temptation and missed the most pivotal moment in human history. Jesus finally just had to pray alone his only comfort was His Father in heaven. Men are constantly failing in the bible as we are now. As Adam failed to resist the fruit in the garden, the disciples failed to stay awake to comfort their LORD.
