This is chapter 3 right as the Israelites are about to defeat Jericho . 5Then Joshua said to the people, "Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the LORD will do wonders among you." This verse shows the character that a man should try to be. We should admire this and press all our strength to try to be like that. It shows faith in the Lord, courage and leadership. He trusted God and had no fear! Imagine being a person crossing the Jordan. Well we don't have to wonder because if we trust in God then He will still work the same miracles.
