Half way!

I read from chapter 1 to chapter 12 and it took 1hour.
I am reading all this because I found that I don't know allot about the end times so I want to see what is going to happen.
I was confused and did not understand allot of the thing that it said for example, the woman running from satan. Who was the woman?
But there was something that pointed it's self out to me.

Another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all the saints, on the golden altar before the throne. The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of the saints, went up before God from the angel's hand. Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and hurled it on the earth; and there came peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning and an earthquake.

I thought that this is really cool! It is like the angel is making a sacrifice to God for all the prayers of people so that HE might save the many people that we pray for. Like more prayer will come true in the last time. Tell me if you understand this better and think I am wrong.
