2 Chronicles 24:13

The men in charge of the work were diligent, and the repairs progressed under them. They rebuilt the temple of God according to its original design and reinforced it. When they had finished, they brought the rest of the money to the king and Jehoiada, and with it were made articles for the LORD's temple: articles for the service and for the burnt offerings, and also dishes and other objects of gold and silver. 2 Chronicles 24:13

I think that this is talking about diligence working to honor God. When men were diligent things got done, if they aren't, then what they are doing will take longer and it wont be as good a job. Then, for the diligence of those men good thing came and it was prophet. God was pleased also.
Because as I said in my last post: God uses everything to make peace, and he is a prince of peace. So... everything God uses must be right, and God uses diligence to bring peace. Think of a dirty house and the Dad of the house likes things to be clean, but the house is dirty. That wont be a very peaceful night when he sees the mess. On the other hand he would be happy if the house is clean and might even reward people for how nice it looks.
