Awana

Wow, tonight was so hard. To start things off I knew Mr. B was not gunna be there so I planned for it. I wanted to do relay races with the big kids, I figured, "Anyone can do a relay race." I. Was. Wrong.
3rd through 6th grade kids could not do a relay race! I had to tell each kid what to do and when to go, they couldn't just pick up what they were supposed to do after I showed them. Homeschoolers understand instructions soooo much better! Well after that game went to the toilet I pulled out a game I stole from Fellowship Bible called, Insignificant Human Strength. Fun game, it's basically whoever last the longest doing small things like.. Hopping on one foot or holding push-up position. That game was awesome!

The little kids were much better, ALWAYS! I definitely have favorites. I will use code names for people because I plan on doing a weekly awana post about something that happened, or a general update, or maybe just something funny that someone said. Anyways here are my main characters:
Mrs. M - Pretty much runs awana, preacher man's wife
Preacher Man- Pastor
Mr. B- My co-worker for games
   Girl student Characters:
Sweetheart- My cubbies class fav.
C bear- Rough but very sweet 1st grade girl, loves to have fun!
Little Em- My 3rd grade fav. Super sweet!
   Boy Student Characters:
Little John: 3rd grade funny kid.
MJ: 4th grade cool kid, tons of fun but can be a trouble maker.
Coal: 4th grader, sporadic explosions can occur.
Hay: Smiley, nice, 3rd grader, big fav.
DaGlasses: 6th grade Trouble.

And of course my family will be in the stories.
