Life in our house has been amazingly busy for the past 3 days. I have been making fudge and wrapping presents and going to Christmas parties. I love it. The little kids did a Christmas play at church and it was so sweet! They did a great job singin songs and they each had a solo part to sing, they did a wonderful job.
I have been reading the 3rd Brotherband book that Lou is lending me. Its pretty good, I'm almost finished with it. The kitty "Caramel" was missing yesterday and Mally worried to death over her. She is home today.
Here tomorrow gone today.
I got to talk to our pastor from Colorado about a week ago. I love that family! They are such a blessing. He talked about how our walk with God is a relationship, not just a list of procedures and rules. He said it would be so much easier if we had a check list, but what sets Christianity apart from all other false religions is the relationship with God that we can have. God's amazing love gives us a way to have fellowship with God through the death of His Son. The song, Be My Escape by Reliant K has a great line that says: "The beauty of grace is that it makes life not fair." Most non-christian people see unfairness in a bad way. Something that should be eliminated, but God makes life unfair for us by forgiving us of our sins. It makes me so happy to think about it!
