Whoa, It is dark.

As we were driving home from TKD last night, lightning flashed and all the houses along the road went black. We got home and discovered that ours was too. Mom had stayed home and she was really freaked out... We had the car lights on still so we could see in the house and I was like, "It's not that dark." Until the car lights went out, then I could only say, "Whoa, It is dark."
We live in the country now so when it's dark... it's really dark. There are no city lights to light the place up. I had dishes that night and I woke to find I had made a few mistakes. Apparently when the lights go out, I turn into an moron. I had put a bag of potatoes in a pot of chicken broth, and it was kinda dark so I had failed to wash a few of the dishes properly and I put them in the wrong cabinets.
Weird...  Also, I found that I don't sleep well when it is dark. I have always slept with light shinin in my face, so the not being able to see my hand in front of my face darkness kept me awake for a little bit.

Been trying to write up a business plan for the sports complex. How do you make money with those things?
